25th October Wave Connections Cic BBQ
A Year on from the 1st BBQ, Wave Connections Cic came together once again. Having been taken under the wings of a village Estate, hosting a venue where games can be played, relaxing setae to repair and connect with parents. The children made lava lamp scientific experiments, had a Halloween trail, made masks and most of all made friends. We are extremely proud of our children and parents who continue to support each other, and remind each other of the spirit of our children,

November 19th 2025 Sound Healing for Parents with Saira Frances - Mellulah Yoga
The benefits of sound healing have been felt in greater sleep, finding peace, time to repair and rest. Parents attended the Yurt to restore and find vital time for themselves alongside parenting children with neurodiversity and developmental trauma. The sessions reminds parents of the need to ensure they take time out to restore. Karate & Climbing celebrates it's 3rd year running
In 2022 Community Karate and Climbing events during half term were established with a grant by Active Dorset. On average 15-20 children arrive at these events. Parents are able to meet as a group while the children attend the activities from 10:15 - 13:00pm. Offering parents a chance to connect and have respite alongside their children. Wave Connections Cic Summer Camp August 2025
6 families 12 children, 10 parents, 6 team members a total of 28 individuals attended Summer 2025 Camp. The children participated in the Mindful Yoga for Young People's Mental Health Program, Forest School, expert team members utilised their skills in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Theraplay activities were achieved.
