Parents attended the Yurt to restore and find vital time for themselves alongside parenting children with neurodiversity and developmental trauma. In 2022 Community Karate and Climbing events during half term were established with a grant by Active Dorset. On average 15-20 children arrive at these events. 6 families 12 children, 10 parents, 6 team members a total of 28 individuals attended Summer 2025 Camp. The children participated in the Mindful Yoga for Young People's Mental Health Program, Forest School, expert team members utilised their skills in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Theraplay activities were achieved. During the Jumble Sale to raise vital funds for Wave Connections Cic Camp, a community member from a neighbouring village noticed the need for additional funds. Networking and linking in with the Dewlish Community Cafe, additional funding was secures. A thank you letter was written by the children during the October half term BBQ.

We ran a jumble sale using donations from the local community in Puddletown to raise money for the summer camp we run for our families. There was a brilliant turnout and we raised £571 which helped a lot with covering the site costs for the camp.
