The benefits of sound healing have been felt in greater sleep, finding peace, time to repair and rest. Parents attended the Yurt to restore and find vital time for themselves alongside parenting children with neurodiversity and developmental trauma. In 2022 Community Karate and Climbing events during half term were established with a grant by Active Dorset. On average 15-20 children arrive at these events. Parents are able to meet as a group while the children attend the activities from 10:15 - 13:00pm. Offering parents a chance to connect and have respite alongside their children.
